Billing questions
Are prices inclusive of GST?
No — prices are in INR and GST is added at checkout (CGST + SGST within the same state, IGST otherwise). You receive a GST tax invoice for every payment.
How do renewals work?
Plans are prepaid for a month or a year. We remind you before your period ends and you renew from the Billing page in a few clicks. There is a short grace period after the end date.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Switching starts your new plan immediately and credits the unused value of your current period against the new price.
What if I cancel?
You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for. After that your workspace becomes read-only — nothing is deleted straight away.
